This role combines your tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community outreach to assist customers with their tax needs. As a Seasonal Tax Associate, you will be a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes and supporting Intuit's mission of 'Powering Prosperity Around the World.'

About the Role : In this on-site position at a TurboTax location, you will assist customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. Leverage your tax knowledge to provide comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and product support. It’s critical to understand each customer’s unique situation, connecting with them personally to alleviate tax-related stress. Whether helping with simple W-2 filings or navigating complex tax scenarios involving business income or investments, you'll be the go-to expert for your clients.

Additionally, you'll play a vital role in expanding TurboTax's client base within your community, establishing long-lasting relationships, and fostering customer loyalty. TurboTax will equip you with essential tools, resources, and dedicated support to ensure your success.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and preparation services for TurboTax clients, managing various complexities from personal to business income, ensuring deductions are optimized, and advising on future tax planning.

Intuit offers competitive compensation along with a pay-for-performance reward system. Depending on location, base pay ranges from $20.20 to $28.00, with opportunities for bonuses and equity rewards.
