• Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm or 8 : 30am - 5pm
• 16 patient visits per day
• Serves rural agricultural population including Amish community
• Telehealth services available
• Minimum 2 years NP / PA experience required
• BLS certification required
• Infection Prevention certification required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process

From $70.00 to $90.00 Hourly
