Monday - Friday 8am - 4 : 30pm or 8 : 30am - 5pm

16 patient visits per day

Serves rural agricultural population including Amish community

Telehealth services available

Minimum 2 years NP / PA experience required

BLS certification required

Infection Prevention certification required

We provide complimentary housing and travel
