Enablement Operations Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Enablement Operations Program Manager to join the Risk Review team. This pivotal role drives business success by leveraging metrics, data, and actionable insights to optimize processes, lead strategic projects, and foster seamless collaboration across wide-ranging teams and stakeholders. As a key contributor within the PRPM organization, you will empower and accelerate team effectiveness by championing transformative, data-driven initiatives and cultivating an environment of continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making. This role will report directly to the pillar director to drive thoughtful and deliberate work aligned to key strategic priorities, with an emphasis on measurable outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or a related field

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Experience collaborating across functions and building relationships
  • High adaptability and flexibility
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Participation in quality assurance programs
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools
  • Skilled in developing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools
  • Public Compensation : $142,000 / year to $202,000 / year + bonus + equity + benefits
