A highly profitable national AM Law firm with a strong Midwest presence and rapidly growing California offices is seeking to add experienced Partner or Senior Counsel-level attorneys to join its expanding team in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Orange County

Corporate & Transactional
M&A, finance, private equity, general corporate advisory
Real Estate Transactions / Finance / Development
Bankruptcy & Restructuring
Labor & Employment (litigation-focused or advisory)
Commercial & Business Litigation / Trial
Attorneys should be :
Stable career history (no excessive job hopping)
Collaborative, personable, and able to work well across offices and practice groups
Interested in building and mentoring a team on the West Coast
