Job description

A company is looking for a Healthcare Account Success Representative - Fully Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Acts as a liaison between the company and clients to enhance client satisfaction

Coordinates with various departments to resolve issues and optimize services

Conducts training sessions and manages multiple projects to improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Medical / Behavioral RCM

At least 2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables and v-lookups)

Experience in a fully remote working environment preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS is preferred
