Registered Nurse - Sign on Bonus!

We are currently looking for a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our state-of-the-art behavioral health facility in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a compassionate, innovative environment dedicated to providing the highest level of care for individuals in need.

RN : $40.00-$55.00

Wednesday 7am-7 : 30pm

Thursday 7pm-3 : 30am

Friday 7pm-3 : 30am

Saturday 7pm-3 : 30am

Must have an active RN license in DC.

Conduct patient assessments : Monitor patients' mental and physical health, assess symptoms, and document vital signs and behavioral changes.

Administer medications : Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects or adverse reactions.

Develop individualized care plans : Collaborate with the care team to create and update tailored treatment plans for patients.

Provide direct patient care : Support patients in their daily activities, offer therapeutic interventions, and ensure their comfort and safety.

Crisis management and intervention : Respond to behavioral health crises, de-escalate conflicts, and ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
