Job description123-bed community hospital 6 Labor and Delivery rooms with dedicated C-Section OR 400 deliveries / year (2023) Working towards Level 2 nursery designation DaVinci XI robotic system available Join 3 current OBGYNs Create your OB to GYN mix – current MDs doing 3 days in clinic Shared equitable call schedule Support staff : 1 NP, 2 MAs, 2 RNs Additional location to choose from has up to 8 providers Earning potential over $500,000 with a Base Salary + wRVU Production $385,000 Annual Base $25,000 commencement bonus Relocation allowance Comprehensive benefits package 6% retirement contribution AIM Hospital participating in quality improvement initiatives Inspire Hospital of Distinction for 4 consecutive years Gold Safe Sleep Certified Prenatal Assistance Program with social worker support Project Swaddle for high-risk patient home visits Jada and Fetal Pillow available In-house Anesthesia and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners 80% of nursing staff trained in Spinning Babies techniques DaVinci Xi Robot
