Overview
ERP Support Specialist manages the production tasks including processes with external vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role supports the ERP Operations Coordinator by maintaining accurate data in the CSI - Cloud Suite Industrial ERP system and facilitating communication between internal departments and external vendors. The ERP Support plays a key role in streamlining our processes to align with production schedules and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage outsourcing orders in the CSI - Cloud Suite Industrial ERP system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including production, quality, and purchasing, to align work with overall schedules.
- Generate reports from the ERP system on production activities, costs, and timelines for review by the ERP Operations Coordinator and management.
- Assist in evaluating production performance and recommending changes to processes as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to processes and management.
- Routinely perform tasks required to keep ERP system running efficiently, reviewing and updating production schedules, resources and costing. Analysis of the ERP planning and scheduling outputs. Maintenance and distribution of production dispatch lists, reports and analysis worksheets.
- Assisting departments with their CSI questions and requests, ranging from basic system support to requested enhancements to the system.
- Creation and distribution of procedure documentation (Workflow instruction) to employees, implementing training sessions with employees on best system practices.
- Oversee MRR, RMA and CCR program within the database.
Qualifications
Must be a US .Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably CSI - Cloud Suite Industrial, with experience managing production data.Excellent communication skills for coordinating process modifications / implementation and internal collaboration.Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and production scheduling is a plus.Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain operations.Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems is strongly .Physical Demands
