Who You Are : 3.0 GPA minimum. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. To be eligible for this position, you must be authorized to work in the U.S. Pursuing a bachelor's degree, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027. You are currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.

How You'll Succeed : Support Client-Facing Teams : Assist in day-to-day operations of Business Effectiveness and Private Banking. Process Improvement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality. Administrative Support : Assist with administrative tasks and special projects to support the broader team and business objectives. Learning & Networking : Engage in learning sessions, mentorship, and networking opportunities to broaden your understanding of retail and digital banking.

At CIBC, we offer a competitive total rewards package. This role has an expected hourly rate of $25.00 per hour for the State of Illinois market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
