THE ROLE
We're on the lookout for an experienced Keyholder to join our retail team at the Boston Seaport location. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with the store management team to ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You'll lead by example, showcasing your expertise in product knowledge, operational procedures, and retail systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive Sales : Elevate customer experience on the floor with outstanding service.
- Store Operations : Execute opening and closing duties efficiently.
- Team Collaboration : Partner with management to coordinate sales floor and back-of-house operations.
- Standards Compliance : Ensure all operational and service procedures meet company standards.
- Lead by Example : Be the go-to person for customer service and operational inquiries.
- Mentorship : Inspire team members by demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Operational Responsibilities : Maintain store systems and execute daily tasks.
- Culture Building : Foster a positive and productive employee culture.
- Feedback Gathering : Collect insights from customers and team members to share with management.
- Project Support : Assist the management team with various projects and initiatives.

Compensation : Target pay of $19-21 / hr. This range reflects the anticipated hourly rate for this Boston-based position, influenced by experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
