Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager based in the U.S., to drive operational excellence for our Business Development team. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, and / or project management, capable of scaling processes from the ground up. The ideal candidate has 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional projects, proficiency with SAP / ERP systems, and strong skills in pricing tools, sourcing strategies, and logistics optimization.

What You'll Do
As Project Manager for the US Business Development team, you are responsible for establishing SOPs, driving executional excellence, and supporting project work aimed at growing Metrie's collaboration with builders and national installers.
Your initial focus will be on refining our go-to-market operating model, including alignment and coordination of other functional support teams. Example activities will include developing SOPs for quoting, sample management, product demonstrations, and job site execution. You will leverage IT systems, shape sourcing strategies by geography, and optimize pricing tools to support accurate and efficient delivery.
As customer penetration evolves, your focus will shift to customer-facing activities, including managing the execution of customer projects from pilot launches to full-scale delivery, overseeing logistics and material flow, and acting as the primary point of contact for project coordination.
This role is intended to be US based, with a national scope.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across project workflows
- Map out and implement execution plans for quoting, samples, demos, and job delivery
- Support the development of logistics strategies tailored to geographic regions and market needs
- Liaise with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to optimize shipping routes, reduce costs, and improve delivery reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine operational models for the scaled installer business
- Contribute to sourcing strategy development by geography, aligning supply capabilities with project demand
- Support pilot launches and new market entry by coordinating supply and install logistics and execution plans
- Manage end-to-end supply pipelines, including material flow, delivery schedules, and direct shipments
- Coordinate logistics support to ensure timely delivery of materials aligned with project milestones and customer expectations
- Oversee purchase order (PO) management, ensuring accuracy, timely approvals, and alignment with delivery timelines
- Monitor truck readiness and delivery tracking, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays
- Leverage SAP and other enterprise systems to manage project data, logistics workflows, and reporting
- Utilize pricing tools to support quoting accuracy and margin visibility
- Ensure data integrity and visibility across systems to support decision-making and stakeholder communication
Qualifications
Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in supply chain, logistics, or installation environmentsStrong ability to define, map, and implement operational processes from the ground upExperience launching pilot programs and scaling operations across new marketsStrong understanding of supply pipeline management, delivery scheduling, and direct-to-site shipmentsExperience coordinating logistics support, vendor relationships, and transportation planningFamiliarity with PO lifecycle management, truck readiness, and delivery trackingHands-on experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for logistics, procurement, and project trackingProficiency with pricing tools and quoting systemsComfortable working with data to support decision-making and reportingAbility to develop sourcing and logistics strategies tailored to geographic regionsExperience supporting product management and customer-facing initiativesSkilled in aligning operational execution with broader business goalsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate with internal and external stakeholdersExperience acting as a primary point of contact for project coordination and deliveryAbility to manage expectations, resolve issues proactively, and maintain project momentum5+ years in project management, logistics, or supply chain rolesExperience in manufacturing, installation, or managed services environmentWhat You'll Enjoy

The base pay range for this role is set at $70,000?$100,000. It is important to note that this position may also qualify for discretionary bonuses, we reserve the right to make changes to the variable program. The specific base pay within the range will be contingent upon an individual's skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Furthermore, it is essential to highlight that our remuneration ranges are established based on the role, level, and location.
