Nighttime Care Concierge

A company is looking for a Care Concierge - Nighttime.

Key Responsibilities

Manage patient experience by coordinating appointments and providing information about treatment options

Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, maintaining detailed records and ensuring effective communication

Support providers by monitoring schedules and troubleshooting technical issues related to patient care

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in healthcare or hospitality

High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare preferred

Experience with Epic, Salesforce, G-Suite, Jira, and Slack

Ability to work overnight hours (9 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM EST, Thursday to Sunday)

Empathetic and passionate about patient care, with strong organizational skills
