Leading tier I automotive supplier is seeking a Controls Engineer to oversee controls in an assigned area of the plant. Daily you will be responsible for troubleshooting, capital equipment projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities will include :

This is a hands?on position that requires qualified candidates to be on the manufacturing floor up to 80% of their day troubleshooting electrical issues and programming PLCs. You will be on the manufacturing floor daily communicating with the production staff and working with your team to continuously improve operations and meet production goals. This site offers the opportunity to work with cutting edge equipment and robotics. Candidates should enjoy working in a team environment, learning new processes and technologies, communicating with hourly staff to enhance production and being creative in the continuous improvement process. Our client wants a strong problem solver and a PLC expert!
