Senior Web Marketer

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Web Marketer to focus on execution and optimization of the company marketing website. This role will be responsible for implementation of web strategy and digital objectives. The ideal candidate is a tactical leader with a strong background in web content management, digital marketing principles, personalization, and SEO / AEO, with a proven ability to translate business goals into effective and engaging web experiences. Reporting to, and working alongside, our Director of Digital, this is a self-directed role and you will lead the charge on ensuring we implementing a web refresh and CMS migration.

Job Responsibilities

Web Strategy Execution

• Own genedx.com strategy implementation, ensuring it supports business goals, delivers value to users, and reflects the brand effectively.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to enhance the user experience and performance of the website.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the web function, coordinating across Marketing, Design, Development, Product, and other internal teams.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, and tool providers to ensure project execution and operational efficiency.
