Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team. The QMHP will provide assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for individuals with emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric challenges. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings.

Develop and update individualized treatment / service plans.

Provide counseling, skills training, and psychoeducation in individual or group settings.

Deliver crisis intervention and safety planning when needed.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other professionals to coordinate care.

Document all services and maintain compliance with state, federal, and agency standards.

Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Education :

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field OR

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with qualifying experience (per state regulations).

Licensure / Certification :

Licensed or license-eligible (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC) preferred, or recognized as a QMHP by state guidelines.

Experience :

1–2 years of experience providing mental health or behavioral health services preferred.

Skills :

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to respond calmly in crisis situations.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule : Monday–Friday, standard business hours (no weekends)

Pay :  per year (based on education, experience, and licensure status)
