· At least one year of recent med/surgical, home health, or infusion experience?
About Us:
We are a family owned home health agency serving the Greater Phoenix metro area. When you join us you will be supported by a team of skilled healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the highest levels of care where the patient comes first.
As a Nurse you will:
- Provide specialized, complex care to meet the nursing/medical needs your patient.
- Educate and support the family and caregiver in meeting personalized care goals.
- Complete initial and on-going comprehensive assessments of your patient’s needs.
- Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
- Support the patient’s and family’s cultural beliefs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current, unencumbered licensure (RN/LPN) through the Arizona State Board of Nursing, or comparable Compact State License.
- Proficiency with computers and use of electronic medical records.
- Valid driver's license, with maintenance of safe driving record, and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
- Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Position requires regular local travel to fulfill job responsibilities and will include daytime and evening hours.
- Familiarity with geriatric needs (examples include diabetic care, patient education, wound care, ostomy care, and home safety education).
- Experience in Med/Surge, ICU, and ER preferred.
