Union Energy Storage Laborer Journeyman - Tumbleweed II

SUMMARY

Mortenson is currently seeking a Laborer Journeyman that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and unload equipment
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging
• Level ground for scaffolding
• Tend mortar and grout
• Lift, unload, move, set, and shovel mortar and grout between wheelbarrows and buckets
• General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris
• Place, push, pull, and shovel concrete
• Vibrate concrete
• Provide work direction and guidance to Laborer I, II, Helpers, and Apprentice
• Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay range for this role is $43.88-50.88 per hour. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations : Denver, CO and Chicago, IL – 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR – 10%, Washington, D.C. – 12.5%).

Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
