A company is looking for an HR Onboarding Specialist who will assist in overseeing human resource procedures, focusing on onboarding and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversees high volume onboarding and offboarding for all regions
Identifies opportunities for enhancement and fine-tunes the onboarding and offboarding processes
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in human resources or related field and / or equivalent experience is required
At least two years related experience required
Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
Working understanding of employment laws
HRIS experience highly preferred
