CGP : AP Specialist

The accounts payable specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's financial system. In this position, you will be responsible for verifying and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining accurate records of all payments made to vendors and suppliers. Exact compensation may very based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $25 per hour.

Key responsibilities :

• Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Process invoices for payment in a timely manner
• Reconcile vendor statements to ensure that all payments have been received and properly credited
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with the preparation of the accounts payable portion of the monthly financial statements
