WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Function as the "face of Michelin" to customers while delivering strategic messages and responding to customer needs at a local level.
• Build consultative relationships with key decision makers at customer locations, learning their needs, business ambitions, and value drivers.
• Identify business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products, and services.
• Complete "total cost of ownership" analysis for customers, using tools, processes, market and product knowledge, and other expertise to address customer needs and drive sales.
• Share knowledge and expertise regularly with others to support learning and improvement.
• Facilitate customer training regarding standard processes in maintenance and safety protocols.
