We're currently hiring a part-time Human Resources Recruiter to hire, onboard, and train new employees. This part-time recruiting job earns a competitive wage of $25 to $27 per hour .

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITER

This is a flexible, part-time position . We're looking for someone to work approximately 20 hours per week, but the actual days and hours worked are flexible.

As our entry-level Human Resources Recruiter, you play a crucial role in our growth by seeking qualified individuals to join our team. Working creatively, you cast a wide net to bring in candidates from a variety of sources. You interview applicants, clearly conveying our company culture and accurately representing the nature of each job. An excellent judge of character, you identify indivduals who would do well at our company and move them along in the recruiting process.

Your job isn't over once we've hired someone - you also play a key role in onboarding and training. Working closely with departmental managers, you develop onboarding and training programs that effectively assimilate each new hire so that their transition into their new position is seamless. With your professionalism, sense of urgency, and organizational skills, you ensure that we always meet our recruiting goals and continue to build a fantastic team.
