In this role, you will lead sales and distribution efforts across a defined territory in Arizona, Nevada, or Utah, managing an established portfolio of retail accounts and driving business growth through data-driven strategies and strong partner relationships. You will engage retail partners on promotions, new products, inventory management, and pricing strategies while providing actionable insights through analytics and category management. Accountabilities
- Manage sales and distribution within the assigned territory, including merchandising as needed.
- Promote company initiatives to retail partners, including new products, promotions, pricing strategies, and inventory management.
- Consult with retail partners on category management, business analytics, and performance improvement.
- Analyze sales data and business metrics to identify opportunities and implement actionable plans.
- Develop innovative strategies to enhance business performance, including brand marketing and product placement.
- Build and maintain systems to track, measure, and report progress against marketing initiatives.
- Participate in leadership development programs and gain high-impact experience to grow managerial capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent meaningful sales experience.Ability to develop sales plans, manage time effectively, and prioritize competing responsibilities.Strong communication and presentation skills to influence business partners and stakeholders.Team collaboration skills and experience in building long-term account relationships.Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate market opportunities and drive business performance improvements.Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions.Commitment to personal growth, leadership development, and continuous learning.Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years; must be able to work full time within the U.S. without sponsorship.Benefits
