Behavior Technician (ABA) | Durham, NC
Clinic-Based | Full-Time | $17.00–$21.00 per hour
Begin a rewarding career helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a structured, clinic-based setting.
No prior ABA experience is required—we provide paid training and support you in earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Position Details
- Location : Durham, NC
- Setting : Clinic-based
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM
- Employment Type : Full-time
- Compensation : $17.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
- Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in a clinic environmentImplement treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervisionCollect and record session data using digital toolsSupport skill development through structured teaching strategiesMaintain a positive, professional, and engaging learning environmentCommunicate progress with supervising clinical staffWho We’re Looking For

Required :
High school diploma or equivalentAbility to complete training requirementsAbility to pass background checks and required screeningsPreferred (not required) :
Experience with autism, childcare, behavioral health, or educationCompensation & Benefits
