Behavior Technician (ABA) | Durham, NC

Clinic-Based | Full-Time | $17.00–$21.00 per hour

Begin a rewarding career helping children build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in a structured, clinic-based setting.

No prior ABA experience is required—we provide paid training and support you in earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Position Details

• Location : Durham, NC
• Setting : Clinic-based
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM
• Employment Type : Full-time
• Compensation : $17.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience and certification)
• Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
