Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | Durham, NC
Clinic-Based | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $21.50–$26.00 per hour
Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills through compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in our Durham clinic through structured, interactive ABA sessions.
This full-time, clinic-based position offers consistent weekday hours, supportive BCBA mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth.
Position Details
Location : Durham, NC
Setting : Clinic-based ABA therapy
Schedule : Monday–Friday, consistent daytime hours
Employment Type : Full-time (30+ hours / week)
Compensation : $21.50–$26.00 per hour (based on experience & certification)
Reports To : Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
What You’ll Do
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting
Implement individualized treatment and behavior plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record accurate session data using digital tools
Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
Maintain a positive, structured learning environment
Communicate progress and observations with supervising clinicians
