Job Summary
Join a dynamic engineering team at a leading solar wafer manufacturing plant, driving hands-on solutions during equipment installation, startup, and commissioning. As a Process Engineer II, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence by collaborating with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, optimize processes, and uphold the highest quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation and rapid startup of multiple production lines, including setup, data collection, and equipment modification.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and process issues, applying engineering principles to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with diverse teams (mechanical, electrical, controls, IT, facilities, operations) to execute project objectives.
- Analyze production data to identify root causes and implement solutions for manufacturing problems.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures, job aids, and training documentation.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance equipment and product quality.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills in a fast-paced setting.
- Potential to work weekends, holidays, or extended hours as project needs dictate.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or industrial engineering strongly preferred.Minimum 2+ years in a manufacturing environment required; 5+ years preferred.Preferred but Not Required
