Job Description :

Casa Teresa is seeking a highly organized and experienced Assistant General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. As the AGM, you will ensure the seamless execution of all restaurant activities, from front-of-house to back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and development to maintain high standards of performance.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.

• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to align operations with the restaurant’s vision and goals.
