Join a highvolume creative team to execute highquality digital and print design across multiple campaigns and initiatives. The role emphasizes fast, accurate production with a sharp eye for typography and visual hierarchy, delivering multiple options per assignment and collaborating closely with creative leads and project managers.
What You'll Do :
- Design and produce a wide range of digital and print materials that support the client's brand and campaigns.
- Execute creative concepts across multiple projects with accuracy and consistency in a highvolume environment (up to ~30 projects / month).
- Provide three design concepts for each project to explore different visual directions.
- Collaborate with creative leads, writers, and project managers to meet tight deadlines.
- Ensure typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy are executed with precision and intention.
- Communicate clearly, accept direction well, and deliver thoughtful revisions as needed.
What You'll Need :
5-10 years of professional design experience, preferably in an agency or fastpaced environment.Expertlevel proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Exceptional command of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutionsoriented mindset.Reliable, organized, and selfmotivated with meticulous attention to detail.Education / Experience :
