Key Responsibilities :

• Steer the design, development, and architecture of Workday solutions, including HCM, Finance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and more to meet business objectives.
• Design and implement seamless integrations between Workday Finance and other modules, ensuring efficient data flow.
• Oversee the implementation of Workday solutions across multiple countries and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Lead thorough trade-off and impact analysis on challenging technical decisions, while managing conflicts effectively.
• Showcase thought leadership in collaboration with delivery and product partners to shape strategy.
• Present solutions in Architecture Review Boards and engage in discussions across product and platform teams.
• Act as the primary architectural liaison for various teams concerning solutions and systems.
• Ensure that security requirements, including data tokenization, are integrated within Workday.
• Evaluate machine learning and AI opportunities, ensuring compliance and safety standards are met.
