Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and coordination of company sales and marketing functions.

Overseeing a sales, sales support and marketing staff. Develop, implement and track sales and marketing strategy and programs, drive revenue growth, and target existing markets and new markets to obtain goals for the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a team of Sales Representatives, Sales Administrators, and Marketing Staff.
  • Set targets and performance plans with Sales, Sales Support, and Marketing.
  • Conduct sales meetings twice a month. Plan and implement training programs internally or externally.
  • Coach individual sales representatives through phone and prospecting help sessions to help them improve sales performance.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team which includes one to one monthly to evaluate performance, progress, and targets. (1-2-1)
  • Motivate and engage the sales team with monetary and non-monetary motivational tactics, such as sales contests, prizes, and public recognition
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Recruit, train, discipline, and fire under-performing sales team
  • Follow-up emails and phone calls to new customers.
  • Approval of team’s commission and hours
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation.
  • Track sales team and marketing team metrics monthly, and share with leadership
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent negotiation skills, strong decision-making abilities, familiarity with CRM software,5 years of sales experience, ability to lead a sales team, dedication to provide great customer service, experience managing and directing a sales team, experience in customer relationship management.

Good organizational skills, Effective communications skills, and Multitask oriented.
