Build positive, trusting relationships with patients.Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.Create personalized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.Conduct regular meetings with patients for counseling and adjust treatment plans as required.Continually assess patient progress.Involve and advise family members when needed.Plan outreach and referral activities in local communities.Qualifications :
At least 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after becoming fully licensed.Master's Level Degree or higher in a relevant field (Required).Valid, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LCSW, or Psychologist license (Applicants without a valid license will not be considered).Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are a plus, but not mandatory.Maintaining professional licensure and / or certification throughout employment.Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team member.Excellent organizational skills.Able to guide and influence others effectively.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to foster effective working relationships with clients and families.Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a must; experience with NextGen is highly desirable.Strong computer skills, with proficiency in various software applications.Benefits Include :
