Ohio Licensed Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor Respiratory Therapy II - Flexible Staffing Pool.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and direct activities regarding respiratory therapy personnel in the Enterprise RT Flexible Staffing Pool

Build collaborative relationships with respiratory managers and external staffing agency contractors

Assist with employee scheduling, performance evaluations, and the development of training programs

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program

Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) and licensed by the Ohio Board for Respiratory Care (RCP)

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA)

Three years of experience in critical care with leadership, education, and / or research activities
