Job descriptionPrepare and enter customer invoices into the accounting system Oversee customer accounts and apply payments Prepare and submit billing to customers File documentation related to transactions including invoices Keep records of project budgets and spending Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and vendors regarding billing and account-related inquiries Prior experience in Accounts Receivable Knowledge of Excel and Accounting software Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization
