Job descriptionTotal Compensation : $60,000–$65,000 annually + Bonuses 3 weeks PTO from day one + 9 paid holidays (including your birthday!) Quarterly Bonus Opportunities Company-paid medical insurance option starting the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment Additional medical plan choices, plus dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) retirement savings with financial planning support Monthly Rent discount : $100 off any HGPM communities Learning and growth opportunities : Online development portal + clear internal promotion paths Employee referral program Mileage reimbursement (when traveling between communities) Step in as acting Maintenance Supervisor at assigned properties during transitions Train, mentor, and supervise maintenance technicians while permanent leadership is being hired Lead unit turns with a focus on quality, speed (5-day standard), and move-in readiness Prioritize and resolve daily work orders with urgency and a resident-first mindset Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, boilers, appliances, electrical, plumbing, and pools Manage vendor scheduling, inventory, and capital improvement support Ensure seasonal and emergency maintenance, including snow removal and on-call rotations, are handled with consistency and care Partner closely with Property Managers to ensure smooth operations and positive resident experiences At least 4 years of maintenance supervisory experience (multi-site or multifamily preferred) Proven ability to organize, schedule, and lead teams across different sites Strong general repair knowledge : HVAC (certification required), plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, pool operations, and boilers A personal basic tool set (cordless drill, 11-in-1 screwdriver, pliers, knife, tape measure, etc.) Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance (required) Flexibility to travel between Metro Denver communities as assigned We are a drug-free workplace . Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking an experienced and dependable Roving Maintenance Supervisor to support our apartment communities across Metro Denver. This unique, full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in doing things right the first time, and enjoys stepping in as a leader to stabilize and support teams.
As a Roving Supervisor, you’ll cover properties during transitions, mentor on-site maintenance teams, and ensure every community lives up to our standard of care. If you love problem-solving, coaching others, and working in different environments each week, this is the role for you.
