Job Description

Were looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team and make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working collaboratively, and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute across all areas of marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Coordination : Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day needs and handoffs with external partners, including media and affiliate agencies.
  • Project Management : Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Team Support : Work closely with the VP of Marketing to assist with various ad hoc tasks and initiatives, providing essential backup and keeping projects moving.
  • Content Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams to organize and distribute creative assets, ensuring consistency with brand standards and marketing goals.
  • Operational Support : Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and documenting action items to streamline marketing processes and improve team efficiency.
  • On-Set Creative Production : Assist with setting up photo and video shoots, coordinate logistics, and ensure the smooth execution of creative production.
  • Reporting & Insights : Gather data and generate reports on campaign performance, sharing actionable insights with the team to inform decision-making.

    • Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong eye for detail and organization.
  • Proficiency in basic tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms.
  • A bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Travel : Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for product launches, industry events, or team meetings
