Job descriptionPerform screening and diagnostic mammograms Operate Hologic 3D mammography equipment Conduct 3-D Mammography, Digital Mammography, and Diagnostic Mammograms Assist with stereotactic biopsies, needle localizations, and fine needle aspirations Follow radiation safety protocols Adhere to infection control procedures including isolation and universal precautions Provide care for both inpatient and outpatient populations Document exams and patient information accurately in Epic charting system Minimum 1 year of mammography experience Experience with Epic required ARRT (R) and ARRT (M) certifications required BLS certification required (AHA preferred) Texas State Radiologic License required Community hospital, LTAC, Trauma Level I or II experience preferred Proficient in : Diagnostic and Screening Mammograms Stereotactic Biopsy Fine Needle Aspiration Needle Localizations Digital Imaging Systems Universal / Isolation Precautions 401k retirement plan Health savings account Referral bonus Medical benefits Dental benefits Vision benefits
