Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Techno-Functional Consultant(( Integrations, Reports, Payroll, Core HR & Benefits ) to support and enhance our HR technology landscape. The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of functional expertise across Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits and technical proficiency in Integrations and Reporting. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver effective Workday solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and employee experience. Experience working with Higher Education or University clients is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary techno-functional expert for Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Integrations, and Reporting.
• Collaborate with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations.
• Configure Workday business processes, security roles, and calculated fields to meet organizational needs.
• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services (SOAP / REST).
• Develop and optimize Workday Reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT) for analytical and operational purposes.
• Ensure accurate data exchange between Workday and external systems such as payroll vendors, benefits providers, and third-party platforms.
• Support payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and other HR operations through correct configuration and timely issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure smooth functioning of integrations and reports.
• Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, regression testing, and ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation, solution design, and user training materials.
• Stay current with Workday updates and recommend best practices or process improvements.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous optimization of the Workday platform.
