3+ years of increasing management responsibilities in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor of Science degree in biological field, food science, biology, microbiology, etc.
Previous experience supervising a team
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, and outlook.
Excellent interpersonal skills and management style.
Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Develop coach and mentor(TEAMBUILDING)
Collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environment
