House Cleaner Job Description

Love to clean? Turn your passion into a paycheck! We are searching for a highly skilled, diligent residential cleaner who takes pride in their work. The residential cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the interior of the household. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces, as well as tidying up spaces and occasionally changing linens. To be successful as a residential cleaner, you should have great attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a dedication to excellence.
Top-notch candidates should display their ability by being reliable, efficient, and respectful to the home and its inhabitants, including pets.

*Compensation: Starting pay is $20 an hour during training. Once supervisor approves the title change from employee-in-training to Residential Cleaner, pay changes to $25-$30.50 per Job Ticket Hour before tips. The position comes with multiple pay incentives, tips, PTO, paid holidays, and weekly pay. Average work week consist of Monday-Friday (Saturdays upon request) 9am-5pm, no evenings.
This is a W2 position, with all uniforms and supplies provided.
Housecleaning Requirements:
*Must be able to work Monday through Friday 9am-5pm. Saturdays are not a required work day but are
available at the technician’s request.
*Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, toilets, showers, tubs, windows, and counters.
*Vacuuming carpets, upholstery, and any other dusty surface.
*Cleaning all surfaces in the kitchen and bathroom.
*Making beds and fluffing pillows.
*Maintain a positive disposition.
*Works well with others.
*Great observational skills and attention to details.
* Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license, current registration, and proof of auto insurance.
* Must be reliable, trustworthy, and dependable.
* Be able to lift 30 pounds.
* No pet allergies and animal friendly
* Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
* Must speak fluent English
*Pass a criminal background check
*Must own a smart phone
