We are looking for an Associate Property Manager to join our team in Woburn, Massachusetts. In this role, you will focus on managing a portfolio of real estate assets, serving as the primary point of contact for property owners and internal teams. This is a long-term contract position that requires a strong ability to oversee projects, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal teams across legal, finance, operations, and real estate planning to address property-related needs and deliver timely solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between property owners and the organization, ensuring smooth communication and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Research, analyze, and resolve complex property inquiries, such as ownership changes, lease renewals, and payment discrepancies.
- Manage contract-driven requirements, including landlord consents, property redevelopment, terminations, and expansions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries promptly and ensuring thorough follow-through.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property cases and interactions using Salesforce.
- Build and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with property owners and their representatives.
- Facilitate property visits and deploy field operations staff as needed to address on-site issues.
- Assist with negotiation processes and collaborate with the Real Estate Transactions team on complex matters.
- Execute additional duties as required to support the property management organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 3-5 years of direct property management experience essential.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service and manage projects effectively.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with interpreting legal documents, including leases and contracts, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar tracking systems.
- Solid organizational skills with a focus on prioritization and attention to detail.
