What You Will Do :

Work collaboratively with Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support cutting-edge technical solutions utilizing full-stack development tools and technologies.

Engage with the latest tech trends, experiment with new technologies, and actively mentor fellow engineers to enhance the team's capabilities.

Partner with digital product managers to deliver robust, cloud-based solutions that create powerful experiences, empowering millions of Americans to manage their finances effectively.

Utilize programming languages and frameworks such as JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML / CSS, TypeScript, SQL, and Salesforce technologies like Apex, VisualForce, and Lightning framework along with APIs and web services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Software Engineering (Internship experience excluded).

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Software Engineering (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL).

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce Certified Developer or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

Over 1 year of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service.

4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with Apex, VisualForce, Lightning framework, SOQL.

2+ years of experience working in Agile methodologies.

This role is based in Chicago, IL with a salary range of $144,200 - $164,600 or McLean, VA with a salary range of $158,600 - $181,000 for the Senior Software Engineer position. Salaries are determined based on location and may vary.
