Qualifications : 3+ years of patent preparation and prosecution experienceDegree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physicsUSPTO admission requiredStrong academic credentials, relevant industry or law firm experience, and excellent writing and communication skills Technical Background : Electrical engineering or software-related patent prosecutionExperience with data science, AI, machine learning, networking technologies, or network securityKnowledge of radio frequency (RF) circuitryExperience with hardware and / or communications security, including encryption technologiesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected IP practice and work on cutting-edge technologies with a collaborative, team.
