Job description
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Be able to use an RF Gun
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment
- Clean work areas
- Move pallets to the correct station area
- Packed product and palletized it
- Basic warehouse skills, packing, picking, wrapping
- Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders
- Pull materials, pack boxes, place orders in delivery area
- Sort and place items on racks, shelves or in bins
- Open bales, crates and other containers
- Help with inventory control by recording amounts of items received or distributed using computer system
- Maintain safe and clean work environment
- Wear the proper safety equipment
- Organize warehouse and work area
- 1 year previous warehouse experience preferred
- Good communication, organization, time management and basic mathematical skills
- Dependable and Reliable
- Be able to work over time and some weekends
- Inventory, equipment operator certification, data entry and computer skills may be required
- Regularly lift or move objects 10-50lbs
- Occasionally lift or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs with a team
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Occasionally required to sit and climb or balance
