Job descriptionEquipment Operator / Kitting Duties Assemble, fill, clean, inspect, label, and package products. Follow verbal and written instructions precisely. Use equipment such as scales, bottle fillers, pumps, sealers, and torquers. Measure to ensure products meet quality standards and tolerances. Report quality issues and take corrective action when possible. Work under general supervision; detailed instructions given for new tasks. Understand team organization and how your tasks affect others. Be reliable and accurate to support overall team performance. High School diploma or GED equivalent. 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Able to read and follow operating procedures. Good English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking). Basic math skills and ability to count accurately. Willingness to learn different production tasks quickly. Ability to report production info clearly, both verbally and in writing. Able to work full shifts in the manufacturing area. Basic computer skills for data entry and printing reports. Initially works under close supervision; can work more independently over time. Able to stand, reach, bend, and twist as needed. Able to lift up to 35 lbs.
