Job descriptionProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of New York City’s Zoning Resolution and Building Code Experience conducting feasibility studies, zoning analysis and compliance checks Preliminary design (massing, blocking, conceptual design.) Please attach portfolio with resume The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
NY based firm specializing in high-rise luxury residential buildings seeking a motivated, technically strong and creative individual with excellent design and graphic skills to or zoning and feasibility team.
Necessary Experience and Qualifications :
- Degree in Architecture, Planning or a related discipline
- At least 1 year of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, REVIT and Rhino
- Must have a constant and consistent desire to learn
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- The ability work on multiple projects and deal with tight deadlines
