We are seeking an experienced Head of Creative Design to define and lead MinIO's global brand and creative strategy. Reporting to the head of Corporate Marketing, this role will elevate the MinIO brand in the rapidly evolving AI and data infrastructure landscape, shaping a compelling visual identity and storytelling framework that differentiates MinIO in the market. The Creative Director will oversee the development of high-impact campaigns and assets across digital, social, and experiential channelsbuilding deep affinity for the MinIO brand with customers, partners, and the broader industry, while ensuring creative excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.

Creative Vision & Brand Leadership

• Define, own, execute and measure effectiveness of MinIO's creative strategy across brand, digital, and experiential channels.
• Lead the evolution of MinIO's visual identity to differentiate our position in AI, storage, and data infrastructure landscapes.
• Drive brand consistency and creative excellence throughout all external and internal touchpoints.

What We Offer

MinIO determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. The salary range for this position is an average of $212,500. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
