Job Title : Internal Auditor (Staff & Senior Positions Available)

Location : Multiple Locations Cincinnati OH or Orlando, FL

Role Summary : We are seeking both Staff and Senior Internal Auditors responsible for conducting comprehensive operational, financial, and compliance audits across our brand subsidiaries.

This role includes assessing adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, conducting independent and management's SOX testing, and engaging in audit-assist procedures to support external audits.

Our auditors also undertake physical inventory observations and ad-hoc projects such as T&E reimbursement audits, duplicate payment, and vendor reviews.

Key Responsibilities :

• Execute detailed audit procedures, including reviewing transactions, documents, records, reports, and policies to ensure financial and operational integrity.
• Evaluate compliance with SOX and assist in the development of strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
• Document audit findings and prepare recommendations for enhancing systems and practices, reporting directly to management.
• Collaborate closely with external auditors and internal teams to ensure thorough and expedient audit processes.
• Travel up to 20% annually to various locations including Memphis and over 50 distribution centers in the US, with potential visits to Canada, UK, and Australia.

Requirements

Ideal Candidate :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in auditing, with a keen understanding of audit practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and under tight deadlines.
• Adept at establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
