We are seeking individuals to work on our client's Help Desk (Tier 1) as a Help Desk Technician. Our client's Help Desk is a 24 / 7 / 365 support center for all network and system operations. Our client's Help Desk provides Information Technology phone and remote support for Law Enforcement agencies throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
Shift\Hours :
Third Shift - Wednesday through Saturday, 12 : 30am-11 : 00am EDT. Occasional temporary changes in shifts are possible to provide adequate coverage.Temporary changes will be coordinated with the contract employee first. When other shifts open, seniority is used to fill those shifts. The first month on the job will be day shift (Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm EDT) to allow for training before moving to permanent shift days / time.
