Introduction

Join our dynamic team within the Banking and Production services group, where you will play a crucial role in providing operational support for our applications. We are seeking a dedicated professional to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently, offering round-the-clock support to meet our clients' needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Practical work experience with Unix / Linux systems
Ability to write SQL queries and perform database updates
Experience with monitoring and scheduling tools such as Autosys and Splunk
Knowledge of Informatica and Hadoop systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Experience in banking platforms and associated applications

Ability to participate in incident bridge calls effectively

Experience documenting and maintaining operations procedures

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day level 2 operational application support

Monitor application jobs and services

Resolve application issues, problems, and incidents

Support change and release activities

Work closely with technology and business operation teams
