Responsibilities

Client Engagement : Actively engage with existing and potential clients to understand their insurance needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Policy Recommendations : Provide professional advice on insurance plans, ensuring each client's unique requirements are met.

Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through dedicated efforts and effective strategies.

Networking : Build and nurture relationships within the community to foster trust and generate business opportunities.

Industry Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends, changes, and innovations to provide accurate and up-to-date advice to clients.

Customer Support : Offer reliable support and guidance to clients, helping them with policy updates, changes, and claims processes.

Requirements

Licensing : A valid Nevada Insurance License in Property & Casualty is a plus but Not Required.

Experience : Previous experience in sales or customer service is desired.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer-first Attitude : Passionate about providing top-tier customer service and exceeding client needs.

Analytical Skills : Ability to assess client needs and offer suitable insurance solutions.
